Hormone Yoga and diabetes
Based on the techniques for hormone yoga for women, Dinah Rodrigues developed two more types of hormone yoga: hormone yoga for the andropause and hormone yoga for diabetics. These exercises are all grounded on the same principle but are shaped according to the actual necessities. Whereas hormone yoga for women focuses on the stimulation of the ovaries, thyroid and the adrenal glands, hormone yoga for diabetics focuses on the pancreas, adrenal glands and the liver.
Hormone yoga supports the immune system as well as the degeneration of fat tissue. The movement of the abdominal muscles works as a massage, thus supplying the digestive organs with blood. This also quickens the digestion. This is highly profitable for diabetics: a better digestion means less diabetes. Plus, the stimulation of the liver strengthens its detoxifying function.
It is a fact that hormone yoga in connection with medical treatment and a respective change of habits has positive effects on diabetes.
Hormone yoga for diabetics brings harmony and vitality into the body. There are no special requirements to do practise hormone yoga.
